Demand letter (Sample provided by Vietnam recruitment agency). 4. Supply contract (Sample provided byVietnam recruitment agency). 5. Individual employment contract. 6. Company profile/ Catalogue. 7. Registration certificate. 8. Confirmation of Company Details. 9. Passport copy of Employer. 10. Some pictures/ photographs of work placeand accommodation 11. Work permit application. |
– Vietnam Agency will give advice and supporting documents on the procedure to recruit workers from Vietnam, What are the steps involved? What is the salary expectation of Vietnamese workers? With the mentioned documents provided by the employer, Vietnam Agency shall submit all documents to Ministry of Labour of Vietnam or approval. After getting the approval from local authority, we can start recruitment |

– Vietnam recruitment agency shall arrange the recruitment way as per your requirement. Short – listed candidates will be made. – To meet employer’s requirement, our company has to select workers carefully before sending the list of qualified candidates to the employer for interview as follows: Worker are pre-screened (including face to face interview) at our HR Dept. HRD maintains Bio Data Bank, in which updated information of applicants is kept. Workers shall be pre-tested to see if they are qualified to perform the tasks as required. Language training is delivered to the workers where necessary. Workers are clarified on the nature of jobs and details of salary policy Refresher training are conducted as required by the employer. |
