BEFORE RECRUITMENT (What to do and how do we work?)

To start with, Employer will need to prepare these

1. Vacancy for foreign workers.

2. Power of attorney (Sample provided by Vietnam recruitment agency).

3. Demand letter (Sample provided by Vietnam recruitment agency).

4. Supply contract (Sample provided byVietnam recruitment agency).

5. Individual employment contract.

6. Company profile/ Catalogue.

7. Registration certificate.

8. Confirmation of Company Details.

9. Passport copy of Employer.

10. Some pictures/ photographs of work placeand accommodation

11. Work permit application.

– Vietnam Agency will give advice and supporting documents on the procedure to recruit workers from Vietnam, What are the steps involved? What is the salary expectation of Vietnamese workers?

  With the mentioned documents provided by the employer, Vietnam Agency shall submit all documents to Ministry of Labour of Vietnam or approval.

  After getting the approval from local authority, we can start recruitment

RECRUITMENT/INTERVIEW (What are the steps)

After having the short-listed candidates, the Employer may decide one of the following

  Direct interview in Hanoi, Vietnam. recruitment methods:

  Online/ Skype interview.

  Video recording.

– Vietnam recruitment agency shall arrange the recruitment way as per your requirement.

  Short – listed candidates will be made.

– To meet employer’s requirement, our company has to select workers carefully before sending the list of qualified candidates to the employer for interview as follows:

  Worker are pre-screened (including face to face interview) at our HR Dept. HRD maintains Bio Data Bank, in which updated information of applicants is kept.

  Workers shall be pre-tested to see if they are qualified to perform the tasks as required.

  Language training is delivered to the workers where necessary.

  Workers are clarified on the nature of jobs and details of salary policy

  Refresher training are conducted as required by the employer.

7 – 15 days duration

AFTER RECRUITMENT

Step 3
Upon receiving full documents of candidates, the Employer will prepare necessary documents to apply work permit for candidates

Step 4
Pick up arrangement, accommodation and other necessary preparation works to welcome workers from Vietnam.

Step 1
– To prepare Full documents for all candidates selected by Employer after the interview selection:

1. Study Diplomas/certificates authentication consular in Vietnam

2. Health Certificate legalized by Consular Department , Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam

3. Criminal Record legalized by Consular Department , Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam

4. Working experiences.

5. Passport copies.

6. CV form with picture and signed by workers.

Step 2
Translation of the documents (criminal record and study diplomas); Legalization and authentication of the documents ( criminal record and study diplomas); The Atestat for study equivalent/recognition

Step 4
Upon receipt of the work permits, we shall apply for visas at the Embassy in Vietnam. Upon ready entry visas, workers will be deployed to the Employer.

-Documentatation of workers: 15 days – Work permit application: 30 days (Employer)

Note: Total timeline duration expectation is approximately 70-90 days to send Vietnamese workers to work for Employers. Normally all the cost incurred in foreign country will be born by the EMPLOYER and the fee of visa shall be borne by VIETNAM RECRUITMENT AGENCY
