• Step 1: Candidate selection – Candidates must go through a thorough selection process with strict criteria on basic skills and work experience.
• Step 2: Intensive training – Candidates will attend training courses at the company’s licensed training center, with a team of experts with international certifications in welding techniques (such as AWS, ISO 9606, ASME).
• Step 3: Assessment and testing – Each welder after completing the training course must undergo practical and theoretical tests under the supervision of a professional council.
